🔁 Return & Refund Policy — CVRDWEAR®

Asalamu Alaykum,

We’re a small, Muslim-run brand — not a giant like Amazon or AliExpress — So we kindly ask for your understanding when it comes to shipping and returns. 

✅ What We Accept Returns For:

We offer a 10-day return/refund policy, under the following conditions:

  • The product is flawed or damaged

  • A mistake was made from our end

  • You received the wrong size after consulting our size guide or contacting our customer service

In these cases, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost and handle everything for you, insha’Allah.

🚫 What Returns We Cannot Cover:

If the return is due to:

  • A change of mind

  • Wrong size selected without prior advice

  • Disliking the color or look

  • Any issue not caused by us

  • An unfortunate delay in the order (as shipping & delivery is not in our hands and we only estimate based on what our shipping partners promise us)

Then, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the product in its original condition, we’ll process a 100% refund (excluding shipping fees, if any).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right InshaaAllah.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
