Order Processing

Orders placed before 3PM (China Time), Monday to Saturday, are usually shipped the same day, Insha’Allah.
Orders placed after that or on weekends will ship next business day.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Priority Line (Available for few countries)  6 - 12 working days. 

  • Standard Line (Available for most countries) 7 - 15 working days 

  • FedEx Express (Available for all countries) 3 - 7 working days 

💸 Customs & Duties (International Orders)

We try our best to avoid extra charges —
but any customs/duty/import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

These fees are controlled by your country’s import laws, not by us.
We’ll always do our part to minimize or avoid them — but some countries are stricter than others.
